Current Designs

Casey kicked 2010 off with a bang opening five designs between January 15 and March 5. In January he opened I Hate Hamlet, produced by Big Noise Theatre and First Words produced by MPAACT Theatre Company. February brought What Once We Felt produced by About Face Theatre Company at the Center on Halsted, as well as Songs For a Future Generation produced by Lights Out Theatre Company at the EP Theatre. In March Casey opened Wild Nights With Emily produced by Caffeine Theatre (of which Casey is an Artistic Associate) at the Lincoln Square Theatre.

Other recent design work includes Glengarry Glen Ross produced by Redtwist Theatre.

Casey also recently created a lighting design for Like the Moon behind the Clouds, a new piece by Donald Gecewicz, which was produced by Caffeine Theatre.

Recent non-design work includes assisting lighting designer James F. Ingalls on: Kafka on the Shore at Steppenwolf, Tristan et Isoldesss at the Paris National Opera at Bastille, and Kafka Fragments tour, produced by the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, which has stops at the John Jay Performance Center in New York City, Cal Performance at UC Berkeley and Disney Hall in Los Angeles.
